Maiyegun Beach Estate is protected by a strong wall of seashore-protecting rock groynes positioned at strategic intervals; provided by the Lagos state government. In addition to this, we have provided a system designed by CDR, marine engineers from The Netherlands. This solution is a seawall of rocks that is a combination of breakwaters and revetments to offer further protection from the wave action. These, as well as the retaining walls, wave walls and gravity walls (all built of reinforced concrete) ensure that your investment is kept safe as the plots are protected from erosion.
